I have been told by a very smart man that THE BEST a conservative SCOTUS can do with Roe v Wade is vacate the Federal entanglement and release it back to the States (10th Amendment).
At this point, there isn’t a single state legislature that would consider making abortion illegal.

My theory on Ruth Ginsburg is that she fell, due to ill health, cancer that spread from other location (s) to her lungs and who knows where else. They tried to surgically remove the cancer, who knows how that really went.
I have had a lung biopsy before, about 12 years ago. (It wasn’t cancer.) I spent 9 days in the mayo clinic before I was released to go home. It takes a good 6 weeks to heal and I was more than half a century younger than Ruthie. ;) I think she was given the OK to go home but is really in bad shape and may not be long on this earth. (As in released from the hospital because there is nothing else they can do.)
If we had any real investigative journalists they would be checking to see what kind of medical devices are being delivered to her home. Does she have 24 hour nursing yet?
The leftists will conceal her true situation as long as possible. When the media reports she’s going back to work, I think it’s Fake News.

Even if there is, there has been such brainwashing, that all they have to do is put a referendum on the ballot, and the people will vote it back to being legal.
This travesty is a black mark on the Church Leaders and politicians of the time. All it would have taken was a constitutional amendment to define life/person as beginning at conception.
I remember thinking at the time, that it was bound to happen. It didn’t. Nothing effective at all. Some states passed laws, and the Supremes struck them down. The further down the path one goes, the more supporters for the change are lost, as future generates are indoctrinated.
This was for sure something which should have been nipped in the bud.
