Rainwater harvesting is allowed in Oregon, but may only be done from roof surfaces. Oregon allows for alternate methods of construction of rainwater harvesting systems (Or. Rev. Stat. §455.060). The Oregon Building Codes Division (BCD) has approved the use of rainwater harvesting systems as an alternate method to the state plumbing code and created methods for both potable and non-potable systems.
Senate Bill 79 (2009) directs the BCD to increase energy efficiency by including rainwater harvesting, in new and repaired buildings.

Since all House of Reps have to get re-elected every two years, there is no representative who wasn’t just re-elected or newly elected. So who are the members carried over who are “continuing in their terms”? Everyone just got elected or re-elected, unless they lost their re-election bid.

So Pelosi and all previously serving House Members have no more power or status than the newly elected Representatives. So when Pelosi says “Blah...blah...blah....”, in actuality a group of newly elected Representatives can shut her down.
Question: When the Speaker is elected, can both sides select a new Speaker....Republican and Dems go together and elect a Speaker?
Second Question: Can anyone serve as Speaker, meaning a non House Member or John Doe Citizen?
Senate is staggered but all House members are up for election every 2 years.
Our Congress may exhibit differing rules as agreed to by the separate bodies (ref: the “no speechifying filibuster”).

I have a couple of general questions:
1. How has the vaccine protocol for children changed from let’s say the 60s until today? If there are changes, when, why and is there data showing bad things in correlation?
2. I know we’ll never get a straight answer to this, but what is the vaccination protocol for the young members of the Royal family and what are the specific formulations?
2a. Are the protocols and formulations the same as what children in the US (or UK for that matter)? If not, why?

in 1983 there were 24 total doses given over the life of the child. In 2018 the current schedule requires 72 with over 24 recommended in the first year of life.
In 1986 the vaccine manufacturers were protected from having any liability for the vaccines they produce by the childhood vaccine safety act. (Law of unintended consequences-no safety studies-protocol was developed, just more vaccines.)

I’m thankful for doctors and the benefits of modern medicine up to a point. One of my doctors said to me, “Less is more”, and I tend to follow conservative treatments. Don’t throw another pill at me.
Doctors are being managed by those who control the dollars to do things that they otherwise wouldn’t do, so I give them some space for the pressure they are under.
But it seems more and more I’m there for the doctor rather than the doctor is there for me. I have to watch the docs and their staff over everything, especially if you see more than one doctor.
Heck, my veterinarian suggest sells me health programs, vaccines, meds, food, and supplements. How did dogs survive without man for thousands of years?
Big Pharma advertises everywhere the latest and greatest new drug with the catchy name and jingle, with warm and fuzzy optics how your life will be so much better with their product.
A few weeks later I see new adds from big law firms seeking those who’ve been injured or died from taking those very same new drugs being pushed before. What to do?
Once as a service manager for a new car dealership a doctor came in and he was mad, mad, mad because we had serviced his car and at some point later a turn signal bulb burned out.
On and on he went berating our service dept(#2 out of 22 store division) and myself until I had reached my limit. I said, “Dr., it’s OK, we can fix our mistake, you bury yours.”
The look on his face: “Priceless”.
