Tucker Carlson says Trump is ‘not capable’ and hasn’t kept his promises

Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson set straight any misinformation concerning his views on President Trump: “I don’t think he’s capable,” he said during an interview on Tuesday.

Urs Gehriger, an editor at “Die Weltwoche,” the country’s leading German-language opinion weekly, noted that Carlson’s new book, “Ship of Fools,” is silent on Trump but comments on his critics. And so, Gehriger jump-started the conversation by asking what Carlson thought of Trump’s first two years in office.

Carlson said he cannot stand Trump’s self-aggrandizement and boasting. Then, when asked whether Trump has kept his promises, the usually quick-witted and long-winded Carlson had just one word: “No.”

Wasn’t it reported that the new President of Mexico has made deals with three Central American countries to limit immigration into Mexico?

If true, it would seem that Tucker has gotten “the talk.”

"Can’t completely disagree. I get tired of his braggadocio and I think I ultimately hurts his cause>"

What you call his "braggadocio" probably costs him ten points in the approval polls and might have cost a dozen House seats. Most presidents have surrogates to be their bullies, but he's his own bully, and a lot of people don't want that from a president. They want a veneer of "presidential" behavior regardless of what the president is like in private.

That's not part of NAFTA. We are talking about overall immigration and migration. Case in point:Illegal immigrant families shatter records in November

Yeah we need Republican Presidents that sell the people down the river and do not fight back. Oh that’s right, since Reagan we have had nothing but. That worked well didn’t it. I mean look at how respectful they are of GHWB now, including the press. We can’t ask for another Reagan either, because the situation has gotten much worse now, and far more critical. Sadly, Reagan needed to fight against them, Democrats - leftists - presstitudes, harder himself. Is there a difference between the 3 I listed? Not really, but they are now in our face. I predict a nasty ending to all of this.

One man, the President, cannot drain the swamp by himself.

He also cannot build the wall by himself.

as someone else has said, Tucker is a fool.

“How many of those 1%’ers are in charge of a country..”

You got one now. Voted in by 60mm+ disgusted old blood and true new American’s, a very sizable number of which are ready to start slitting throats at Trump’s call.

The continuing rallies are to keep his base close....and terrify our enemies. The passion of the Deplorables is the only reason Trump is not dead like the Grachae brothers, two Kennedy’s, MLK, or at least shot like Reagan and Wallace.

The one worlders know what would happen....rivers of blood. Win, lose or draw, rivers of blood...like the bad old days in Europe....oh, or here.

We are in a pre-revolutionary moment. Buckle up. I know men like Trump. Trump is committed and literally will not stand to lose or quit.

A deal is always preferable, but if they don’t get their way, I have seen $50mm spent to spite $5mm.

They are not like most men. Trump is one of them and he has the football.

Add two SCOTUS judges. Whatever the USMCA looks like, it is a far better deal for the US judging from the reactions of Canada and Mexico.

Trump is holding the GOP’s feet to the fire by going directly to the people. I have been working on the immigration issue for over ten years. The MSM and the Establishment have been successful in keeping the public misinformed about what is happening to our country due to mass immigration. Trump has increased the visibility of the issues involved and made it one of the top concerns. Americans are now learning the downsides and the huge impact it is having on every major existential challenge facing this country.

There has been increased enforcement of our immigration laws.

You made points I agree with...
As far as Trumps time line goes he has an extra incentive to win in 2020. The libs and Deep State want to destroy and impoverish Donald Trump and his family. This will be 10x easier if he is not President in 2021. And much more difficult if he gets re-elected.

Yet you worry about him calling a POS whore, horseface on twitter? I could careless what he says on twitter. I prefer action over words.

It's kind of like the old joke, would you prefer a woman with good taste, or a woman that tastes good?

The answer, of course, depends on what you are looking for.

In the case of a President, I am looking for someone that gets the job done, and does what is best for America & Americans.
