Bill Clinton got 43% of the popular vote in 1992 for a win.
Hillary got 48% of the popular vote for a loss.
What scares me and what I am grateful for is, the number of 3rd party votes - over 6% of the vote.
Pretty sure that the votes were fraudulent.
When Trump team “un-rigged” the votes in 4 cities, the 3d party vote went up drastically. That’s because 3d party votes were one place where the Ds had been stealing votes for years. Counting them as D instead of as 3d party.
Rumors/reports have Trump winning the REAL popular vote in 2016 - by a WIDE margin. But Trump was not focused on that. He was focused on winning what counted - electoral vote. There was too much corruption in 2016 to true the vote everywhere, so he un-rigged it in enough places to make it count.
If Trump team has cleaned up enough of the vote fraud by now, 2018 elections should be amazing.

Subtract Cook County (Chicago) IL vote and the Los Angeles County (LA) vote, and Trump wins the popular vote.
American history and its founding describe how the minds of those debating the form and substance of the draft parts of the Constitution deliberated on the notion of democracy (popular vote). Those learned minds had studied forms of government from Ancient Greece through the Renaissance to their present day. They knew that Democracy as a form of rule had always failed yet like a political aphrodisiac it was insipid and always seemed to take hold in societies but would always progress to mob rule, anarchy, and tyranny.
Therefore, the solution was to divide democracy into smaller domains so that a general national democracy would be unlikely to take hold.
The Electoral College is one of the inventions that divides democracy into smaller domains. It serves to ensure we won’t have Chicago and Los Angeles ruling our lives.
And who is always calling for the abolition of the EC?
Why Hillary for one. And others.
And yet each and every time a general democracy has taken hold, mob rule follows as surely as night follows day.
