As much as I dislike his mobile line in the sand, let’s see if there’s any significant delay in Kavanaugh’s vote. If not, OK. If delayed to any major degree, oust the altruistic old chickenshit.

I think Corker and Flake are so pissed off at the dems tactics that they will put their Trump hate aside and vote for Kavenaugh. I believe the vote will happen Monday and Kav will be a Supreme Court Justice by the end of the week.

NO. All that matters is Kavenaugh gets confirmed. Mitch and Grassley WILL get it done. Mitch has already indicated he’ll keep the Senate in session however long it takes. Grassly is trying to let Flake and others run out of fake excuses to bail. Meanwhile, another dem or two may flip to our side as the midterms near, and the Senate is still in session.
Let it play out. But keep calling your Senators to voice confirmation approval.
It doesn’t matter what he does — though he’s been overly generous. The left will go on 60 Minutes to have just their side of the story told. There will be every forum available for her and she will be like a galvanizing beacon for the feminist female push against Trump. She will their Joan of Arch — at least that’s what they are hoping.
So in reality her handlers don’t want her to show up because the Republican questions will be too much for her to handle. She wants soft balls from the media. Her real role will start after the Kavanaugh vote where, despite what they offer, she will accuse them of being “ungenerous old white men.” She isn’t going way and this has been planed for awhile.
Grassley has comported himself excellently in this matter. He’s giving liberals much rope to hang themselves, and they are gladly taking it. At the same time, he exhibits decency and fairness. I believe the ethanol issue is something many disagree with him on back home, but on social issues Grassley is about as firm and conservative as they come, without a penchant for brazen acts.
