Similarly, Katz also defined Democrat Senator Al Franken, stating that “He did not do this as a member of the U.S. Senate, he did this in his capacity of someone who was still functioning as an entertainer,” and added, “Context is relevant.”

I think the context that Katz is looking for here is that “forced sex while Democrat” gets a free pass.
