I know that the Bablyon Bee is satire (and generally good satire), but they pretty much summed up Chelsea's statement. Obviously she didn't use those exact words - but they captured her message well.

Well, to be objective, I think Chelsea knows deep down what absolute horrific crimes her parents have engaged in and decided it was better to follow the path instead of being an enlightened turncoat. Because Mom and Dad and all. I mean, what kid what turn on their parents?
