Todays revisions and additions:
- Charles Chuck McCullough: (#1991) Chuck McCullough was the first Director of the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (OICIG) which was established in 2010. He was appointed to the position by President Barrack Obama. McCullough said he was marginalized and threatened when he raised alarm about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server. McCullough, who oversaw the intelligence community, said he contacted then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper about the issue. McCullough said he was later told not to report his concerns to Clapper, and received "personal blowback... to my family [and] my office. Emails beyond Top Secret passed through the unsecured server," More information can be read on a Fox News article. In addition, McCullough was interviewed on Fox News by Catherine Herridge, where he states As one of the few people who viewed the 22 top secret Clinton emails deemed too classified to release under any circumstances, the former IG said, There was a very good reason to withhold those emails ... there would have been harm to national security. McCullough went further, telling Fox News that sources and methods, lives and operations could be put at risk. Q linked to a New York Times article (behind a paywall) reporting that while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, the Chinese beginning in 2010, started systematically finding and either jailing or executing our Intelligence Assets in China. . McCullough has testified before Congress on these facts. (See James Comey, FBI, Hillary Clinton, Louie Gohmert, Peter Strzok).
- Federal Bureau of Investigation: (#Too many Q Drops to list) Federal Bureau of Investigation is the United States pre-eminent and most prestigious law enforcement agency. Under the Obama administration the FBI became politicized at the upper levels of management and weaponized with many of the upper management corrupted to exercise the not inconsiderable power of the agency to be used to protect friends of the administration and pursue opponents. The ultimate manifestations of this weaponization and corruption were put on display when Director James Comey usurped the prerogatives of the Attorney General and exonerated the former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton from what appeared to be egregious security violations in eschewing using the Department of States secure email servers in favor of her own home-brewed and unsecured server which was kept in the closet in a bathroom of a private company in a strip mall, so she could keep her emails from being archived as law required. Suspicion arose that Clinton was selling access to her office and policy decisions through donations to the Clinton Foundation. The next blatant exercise of corrupt poser was the investigation of the opposition candidacy and eventual president of the United States, Donald Trump, and the use of unverified and unverifiable opposition research paid for by the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign in the application for a FISA warrant application presented to a FISCourt without telling the court its provenance, and the sheer animosity to candidate Trump that became obvious in investigations by Inspector General Michael Horowitz. More and more FBI and DOJ personnel have been implicated in the coup attempt to bring down a duly elected US president as the investigation proceeds. (See James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Louie Gohmert, Peter Strzok).
- Frank Rucker: (#1991) Daily Caller article on Rep. Louie Gohmerts discussion on these disturbing findings. On August 29, 2018, the Daily Caller published another article on this subject in which the FBI denied finding any evidence at all of any breach of the Clintons eMail server. Are they now admitting they have the server? (See Chuck McCullough, James Comey, FBI, Hillary Clinton, Louie Gohmert, Peter Strzok).
- Louie Gohmert: (#1990) Congressman Louie Gohmert (R) is the seven term representative from the 1st District of Texas. Gohmert served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, at Fort Benning, Georgia, from 1978-82.[9][10] The majority of his legal service in the U.S. Army was as a defense attorney. Gohmert was elected as a state district judge for Texas's 7th Judicial District, serving Smith County (Tyler, Texas) from 1992 to 2002. He was elected to three terms. In 2002, Gohmert was appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry to fill a vacancy as Chief Justice on Texas's 12th Court of Appeals. He was elected to Congress as part of the conservative Tea Party wave. Gohmert is one of the co-founders of the Congressional Freedom Caucus in the House of Representatives. He is a member of the House Committee on the Judiciary and is Vice Chairman of its Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations where he has been a leading force in questioning the main players in the Trump/Russia dossier plot inside the U.S intelligence agencies. Gohmert is also a member of the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice, Committee on Natural Resources, where he is the Vice Chairman, and its Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. Representative Gohmert was one of three Republicans who called for the resignation of Robert Mueller, the prosecutor investigating Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, on the grounds that he can not conduct his investigation fairly because of his conduct as a prosecutor and as acting director of the FBI. (See Chuck McCullough, James Comey, FBI, Hillary Clinton, Peter Strzok).
- James Comey: (#449) James Comey is the now fired ex-Ex-Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who exonerated Hillary Clinton on the illegal email private server which she used instead of the secure Department of State servers when she was Secretary of State. Comey wrote his exoneration memo before he interviewed the major people involved, gave immunity to major people involved in exchange for no useful testimony, and destroyed evidence in the form of the laptops of those major players. Comey also admitted leaking FBI confidential documents to a University professor friend with instructions to leak them to the media with the intent to force the appointment of a Special Counsel after he'd been fired by President Trump, asserting that Trump's firing him was somehow obstructing justice in a contrived FBI investigation of Trump colluding with the Russian Federation to "steal the 2016 election." We now know the FBI was complicit in creating that fake claim and accusation, which was conceived by the opposition Hillary Clinton campaign. Many ranking members of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have been exposed as participating in that plot and more are being exposed. DOJ Inspector General uncovered many irregularities in the FBI and DOJ in reference to both the Clinton probe and the Trump Russia debacle.(See Chuck McCullough, James Comey, FBI, Hillary Clinton, Louis Gohmert, Peter Strzok).
- Naval Undersea Warfare Center: (#1991) The Naval Undersea Warfare Center is a U.S. Navy research and development center for submarines and underwater weaponry located in Newport, R.I. One of the private companies that does contract work for the NUWC was apparently hacked by Chinese spies allowing a large amount of highly-sensitive data on undersea warfare to reportedly be stolen. The breaches reported by unnamed U.S. officials, took place in January and February, which downloaded a total of 614 gigabytes of data, included leaked plans of the Sea Dragon supersonic anti-ship missile, intended for use from U.S. Navy submarines. Q linked to a June 10, 2018 story on this NUWC contractor hacking.
- Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General: (#1991) The Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (OICIG) which was established pursuant to Section 405 of the Intelligence Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2010. The IC IG is responsible for conducting IC-wide audits, investigations, inspections, and reviews that identify and address systemic risks, vulnerabilities, and deficiencies that cut across IC agency missions, in order to positively impact IC-wide economies and efficiencies. The first Director of the OICIG, appointed by by President Obama, was Charles Chuck McCullough. The current Director of the OICIG is Michael Atkinson, who was sworn in on May 17, 2018. (See Charles McCullough, James Comey, FBI, Frank Rucker, Hillary Clinton, Louie Gohmert, Peter Strzok).
- Tonya Ugoretz: (#1990) Tonya Ugoretz is a career FBI Intelligence Analyst currently assigned to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as Director of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC). She joined the government in 2001 as a Presidential Management Fellow and as an all-source analyst with the FBIs Counterterrorism program. In 2003, she became the first analyst to serve as the FBI Directors daily intelligence briefer. (See DNI, FBI, BHO, James Clapper, PDB (Presidents Daily Briefing)).
Revisions and Additions made In the Last LexiQon Update:
- FISA: (#436, #541, #553, #570, #643, #1686, #1707, #1745, #1746, #1753, #1828, #1829, #1910, #1927, #1928, #1937, #1943, #1944, #1973) The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 is a United States federal law which establishes procedures for the physical and electronic surveillance and collection of "foreign intelligence information" between "foreign powers" and "agents of foreign powers" suspected of espionage or terrorism. The Act created the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to oversee requests for surveillance warrants by federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The FISA law was slightly modified to incorporate such innovations as the Internet after the 9-11 terrorist attacks of 2001 created a need for greater cooperation between law enforcement agencies and the Department of Homeland Security was created. (See FISC).
- FISC: (#1910, #1943, #1973, #1973) The Foreign Intelligence Surveillane Court (FISC) approves the surveillance of persons, including U.S. citizens, within the borders of the United States and its territories and protectorates. Judges serve on the FISC on a rotating basis and must hold a high security clearance. The court was created in 1978 by the passage of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. (See FISA).
- Hassan Rouhani: (#1942, #1947) Hassan Rouhani is an Iranian politician serving as the current and seventh President of Iran since 3 August 2013. He was also a lawyer, academic, former diplomat and Islamic cleric. He has been a member of Iran's Assembly of Experts since 1999, member of the Expediency Council since 1991, and a member of the Supreme National Security Council since 1989. Q linked a Reuters article relating how on August 27, 2018 the Iranian parliament sanctioned Rouhani, rejecting his assurances that his promised economic turn-around would be still forthcoming. The parliament had two days before fired Rouhanis minister of economy and finance and weeks after they sacked the labour minister, blaming them for the collapse of the rial currency and surging inflation. Q is hinting a major event is going to occur in Iran soon. (See Iran).
- INSCOM: (#1910, #1943, #1944) Established in 1977, INSCOM is the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command is a direct reporting unit that conducts intelligence, security, and information operations for U.S. Army commanders and national decision makers. INSCOM is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. INSCOM is an organization within both the United States Army and the National Security Agency, the United States's unified signals intelligence organization. Within the NSA, INSCOM and its counterparts in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and Marine Corps Intelligence, are known as Central Security Service. (See NSA).
- Iran: (#39, #50, #194, #195, #199, #237, #247, #299, #430, #437, #438, #570, #751, #786, #890, #947, #964, #1146, #1241, #1245, #1255, #1256, #1265, #1266, #1306, #1307, #1320, #1345, #1346, #1347, #1348, #1359, #1451, #1454, #1571, #1604, #1744, #1942, #1947) Iran, officially the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is a country in Western Asia. With over 81 million inhabitants, Iran is the world's 18th-most-populous country. it is the second-largest country in the Middle East and the 17th-largest in the world. Iran is bordered to the northwest by Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the north by the Caspian Sea, to the northeast by Turkmenistan, to the east by Afghanistan and Pakistan, to the south by the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, and to the west by Turkey and Iraq. The country's central location in Eurasia and Western Asia, and its proximity to the Strait of Hormuz, give it geostrategic importance. Tehran is the country's capital and largest city, as well as its leading economic and cultural center. On 4 November 1979, a group of Muslim students seized the United States Embassy and took the embassy with 52 personnel and citizens hostage,[166] after the United States refused to return Mohammad Reza Pahlavi to Iran to face trial in the court of the new regime and all but certain execution. Since 2013, Irans president has been Hassan Rouhani. Who ran on a platform of economic reforms. Currently, he has lost a vote in the parliament and unrest among young people is rising. Q says some major events are rising in Iran. (See Hassan Rouhani).
- Iron Eagle: (#128, #140, #142, #144, #158, #520, #679, #1245, #1254, #1848, #1951, #1952) Iron Eagle could be referring to several things. In fact, Q states there can be double meanings.
- Most instances of the usage of Iron Eagle are with other movie references. Iron Eagle is an 1986 movie staring Lou Gossett Jr. about a retired Air Force Colonel and an 18 year old, played by Jason Gedrick, whose father has been shot down in the fictitious Middle Eastern nation of Bilya and sentenced to death for the crime of being American. The US is politically neutered into doing nothing so the two independently borrow two F-16 fighter jets in California, and somehow maneuver things to get the jets to the Middle East to fly a rescue mission for the young mans father. Movie/TV theme running through Q drops indicates areas toward which Anons and FreeQs should be directing their attentions. Perhaps in this case an analogy of the people doing what governments cannot do. However, the point may be just a marker for The Middle East. (See Alice in Wonderland, Jason Bourne, Godfather III, The Hunt for Red October, Movie/TV Theme, Snow White, Speed, and Wizards & Warlocks).
- In Q Drop #1951, along a discussion from Q about the possible continued existence WWII Naziism, and with the comment Double meanings exist. Q posted the following image in response to an Anons query of
and Iron Eagle??????
Title of the file iron eagle.jpg
(See Antifa, NWO, SIS).
- Joint Plan of Action: (#1947) On 24 November 2013, the Joint Plan of Action, also known as the Geneva Interim Agreement on The Iranian Nuclear Program, was a pact signed between Iran (Irans representatives never signed anythingSwordmaker) and the P5+1 countries in Geneva, Switzerland. It consists of a short-term freeze of portions of Iran's nuclear program in exchange for decreased economic sanctions on Iran, as the countries work towards a long-term agreement. It represented the first formal agreement between the United States and Iran in 34 years. Implementation of the agreement began 20 January 2014. This lead to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action also called the Iran Nuclear Deal. . . which also was not signed by Iranian representatives. . . ending sanctions against Iran. (See Iran, U1).
- Jonathan Moffa: (#1941) Jonathan Moffa is an FBI intelligence analyst who testified behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight committees on August 24, 2018, about the FBI would leak information to the media about details of ongoing cases where they intended to seek Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and then use the subsequent articles written due to the leaks as confirmational independent evidence to give their FISA warrant applications greater veritas before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). Moffas testimony was hinted at anonymously by Representative Mark Meadows (R) N.C., in a Tweet, confirming the clues of how the FusionGPS Steele Trump/Russia Dossier was leaked prior to the FBI using it and several news articles using supposed items that only existed in the dossier as factual back up in the warrant application to the FISC. (See Christopher Steele, Steele Dossier, FBI, FusionGPS, Mark Meadows).
- Mark Meadows: (#1703, #1717, #1937, #1941) Fox News article claimed Moffa did not say what Meadows says he said. This Meadows Tweet seems to confirm the narrative of the leaks on the FusionGPS Steele Trump/Russia Dossier prior to the FISA warrant application which used those very articles citing things only found in the dossier as independent confirmative evidence for its veritas. (See Christopher Steele, Steele Dossier, FBI, FusionGPS, Jonathan Moffa).
- Payseur: (#1969) Q posts an Anons query about Patseur being the mysterious P at the top of everything, but does not comment. Some Anons take this as an affirmative otherwise Q would not have posted it. More coverage later.
- Richard: (#1959) Pichard Pollack the Senior Investigative Reporter at The Daily Caller News Foundation who uncovered the fact that it was the Chinese who breeched Hillary Clintons private email server she used when she was Secretary of State instead of the secure Department of State servers. Q goes further to state that the Chinese did not hack there way in but were granted access in exchange for cash donations to the Clinton Foundation. Access was managed by Crowdstrike. Pollock has been a Investigative reporter for the Washington Examiner, Bureau Chief for PJ media, a Senior Producer at Fox News, and a producer for ABCs Good Morning America. (See James Comey, CF, Crowdstrike, FBI, Hillary Clinton, Peter Strzok).
- SKIF OR SKI(f): (#1910, #1943, #1944) A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) a room, an area, or even a building in which classified information can be freely examined, discussed, or stored which can be only access by persons with the appropriate security clearances for the materials in the SCIF. Persons without proper clearances may be allowed in only under strict supervision and items they are not permitted to observe are out of sight. it is illegal to bring any recording device, camera, cellular phone, etc., into a SKIF facility. Some limit even notepads, pencils, or any other such note taking methods. SKIFs do not permit external connections. It is usually a felony to bring any such devices into a federal SCIF. There are commercial SKIF facilities as well as governmental. All of the activity and conversation inside a SKIF is presumed restricted from public disclosure. (See Omarosa Manigault-Newman, SIT ROOM).
- SIT ROOM: (#1943, #1944) The SIT ROOM is Military OP speak fo the White House Situation Room where important crisis events and meetings can be discussed in secrecy. The room itself is a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), a room, an area, or even a building in which it is illegal to bring in any recording device, camera, cellular phone, etc., or sometimes even notepads, and no insecure external connection to the outside is permitted. It is usually a felony to bring any such devices into a federal SCIF. All of the activity and conversation inside is presumed restricted from public disclosure.(See Omarosa Manigault-Newman, SCIF).

- DOJ, Justice: (#36, #36, #299, #586, #717, #780, #953, #964, #988, #1008, #1057, #1286, #1291, #1316, #1318, #1319, #1334, #1351, #1380, #1401, #1402, #1439, #1443, #1455, #1458, #1470, #1481, #1496, #1515, #1517, #1520, #1538, #1539, #1552, #1553, #1573, #1589, #1644, #1660, #1666, #1676, #1711, #1746) Department of Justice. headed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the Department of Justice responsive for all Federal government law enforcement and, except for the United States Supreme Court which is its own Constitutional Branch of government, even the US Court System. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE), the Drug Enforcement Agency, and many other such Executive branch law enforcement agencies fall under the aegis of the DOJ. The Office of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigating the Russian/Trump collusion in the 2016 Presidential Election is under the management of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, acting as Attorney General because Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from any matters associated with the Russia probe because he had a couple of momentary contacts with the Russian Ambassador when he was in the US Senate and also working with the Trump Campaign.
Department of Justice Organization Chart

(See FBI, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Rod Rosenstein, Jeff Sessions)
- Wray: (#117) Director of the FBI Christopher Wray, appointed by President Donald Trump, and confirmed by the U.S Senate, to replace fired former Director James Comey.
- Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI: (#Too many Q Drops to list) Federal Bureau of Investigation is the United States pre-eminent and most prestigious law enforcement agency. Under the Obama administration the FBI became politicized at the upper levels of management and weaponized with many of the upper management corrupted to exercise the not inconsiderable power of the agency to be used to protect friends of the administration and pursue opponents.
- <Midyear Exam: the investigation of Secretary of State Hillary Clintons use of an unauthorized, insecure, private email server for official classified correspondence.
- Crossfire Hurricane: The next blatant exercise of corrupt power was the investigation of the opposition candidacy and eventual president of the United States, Donald Trump, and the use of unverified and unverifiable opposition research in the form of a fake dossier on Donald Trumps possible connections to the nation of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin which had been created by a former British agent, Christopher Steele, now referred to as the Steele Trump/Russia Dossier. Paid for by the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign Committee through the FusionGPS law firm, as well as the FBI directly to Steele, and after the FBI had severed connections to Steele when he was discovered to be less than trustworthy, the FBI based their application for a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant application for a search warrant to surveil a member of then candidate Donald Trumps campaign, Carter Page as a possible foreign agent of the Russian Federation, based almost entirely on allegations in the Steele/Trump dossier, and presented that application to a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) without telling the court its provenance, its lack of confidence in Steele, and the fact that it had not been able to verify anything in the dossier, a requirement before requesting the warrant.
This misbehavior and the sheer animosity to candidate Trump at its heart became obvious in investigations by Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and congressional investigators. More and more FBI and DOJ personnel have been implicated in a coup attempt to first preferentially swing an election, surveil a political candidate, protect the other partys candidate, and finally bring down a duly elected US president as the investigation proceeds. There is even evidence of collusion of the other party with foreign nationals including Russians that has been projected onto the innocent parties who are the targets of the investigations that are being ignored, or actually the investigators were complicit in arranging.
Some of the FBI headquarters personal who have been found to have participated in these misdeeds are:
- James Comey former Director of the FBI fired by President Trump.
- Andrew McCabe former Deputy Director of the FBI, and then Acting Director of the FBI after the firing of James Comey fired by Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein at the recommendation of DOJ Inspector General for lack of candor during questioning about the Clinton matter.
- James Rybicki former FBI Chief of Staff under James Comey fired.
- Josh Campbell, former Special Assistant to FBI Director James Comey fired.
- James Baker former General Counsel for the FBI fired for his involvement in both the Clinton and Trump affairs.
- Tashina Gauhar FBI Associate Counsel Status Unknown.
- Trisha Anderson Former Advisor to the FBI Office of the Legal Counsel allowed to resign to avoid being fired.
- Lisa Page former FBI attorney with the office of General Counsel assigned to Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzoks married lover allowed to resign as a cooperating witness.
- Kevin Clinesmith FBI Attorney with the office of General Counsel Status Unknown.
- Sally Moyer FBI Attorney with the office of General Counsel Status Unknown.
- Michael Steinbach FBI Attorney with the office of General Counsel Status Unknown.
- Edward Bill Priestap Director of FBI Counterintelligence Division and Peter Strzok direct supervisor and a completely cooperating witness to all of the cabals involvements in the Trump and Clinton affair coverups Priestap apparently remains in place in the FBI, but some reports including Q say he may have been demoted by having had his power removed.
- Peter Strzok former Deputy Director of the Counterintelligence Division, later demoted and transferred to Human Resources, who was also fired from being the Robert Mueller Special Counsel lead investigator when it was revealed his extreme animosity toward candidate and then president Donald Trump in emails to his FBI employed mistress Lisa Page on his FBI provided cellular phones. Strzok was also lead investigator the Trump/Russia investigations and, according to whistleblower John Clacalone, took over the Clinton email investigation and then proceeded to politicize it, and then upper management forced Glacalone to retire when he complained about the situation. Fired after supposedly cooperating in testifying before the House and Senate investigative committees where he came across as condescending and smirking. He often refused to answer some questions.
- Randy Coleman Assistant Director of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division, Strzoks assistant current status unknown.
- John Glacalone MISTREATED WHISTLEBLOWER former FBI Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch and the original Clinton email server investigation lead who was forced to retire when he objected to the coverup of the Clinton crimes and the take-over of his investigation by top management.
. The effort to clean up the Obama politicized FBI leadership continues under a President Trump appointed and Senate approved Director Christopher Wray. Nothing listed here should disparage the work being done by the rank and file agents in the field, many of whom have privately said they were appalled by the actions of the Washington leadership. Many have stated they would like to testify before an investigative committee of Congress to reveal the depth of corruption they have witnessed in the past decade. The FBIs Director reports to the Deputy Attorney General who is at this time Rod Rosenstein.
. The prior Director of the FBI before James Comey was Robert Mueller, now the appointed Special Counsel to investigate any Russian collusion with the Donald Trump Campaign and prosecute almost anything he chooses to prosecute. It should be noted that James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, and Robert Mueller are long-term personal friends going back to college which continued through business and professional and family involvements. Such relationships should have resulted in Mueller recusing himself from accepting the appointment to investigate ANYTHING involving the FBI, Comey, and Rosenstein (Rosenstein recommended Comeys firing to President Trump).
(See Andrew McCabe, Christopher Wray, Crossfire Hurricane, Donald Trump, FISA, Hillary Clinton, IG Michael Horowitz, James Baker, James Comey, James Rybicki, - John Glacalone, Josh Campbell, Kevin Clinesmith, Lisa Page, Louie Gohmert, Midyear Exam, Michael Steinbach, Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, Peter Strzok, Sally Moyer, Tashina Gauhar, Trisha Anderson).
- PDB, Presidents Daily Briefing: President's Daily Briefing of Intelligence matters he needs to be concerned about. Some require decisions, others are informational. Multiple agencies provide input of material for inclusion into the PDB which is available for the president early every morning in both written and presentation form. During the Obama administration, the PDBs were coordinated/presented to the president after 2010 by Tonya Ugoretz an FBI career Intelligence Analyst, although it was generally reported that Obama made a habit of skipping the meetings or ignoring the reports. One report stated he missed 80% to 90% of the Daily Presidential Briefings. (See Tonya Ugoretz).
- Snowden2: (#1997, #1998) According to Q this was an unnamed person, perhaps another contract analyst, whom the CIA attempted to insert into the NSA sometime last year as they did with Edward Snowden in 2012-2013. This attempt was a failed attempt. (See CIA, NSA, Snowden).

- Frank Rucker: (#1991) Frank Rucker is chief investigative Inspector General for the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (OICIG). It was his staff who discovered on examining the supposed missing Hillary Clinton private eMail server, which is apparently not so missing, that according to Congressman Louie Gohmert (R), they found that her emails, every single one except four, over 30,000, were going to an address that was not on the distribution list. Gohmert added that It was going to an unauthorized source (sic) that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia. Two different ICIGs, chief investigator Rucker and the IG himself, Charles Chuck McCullough, have testified they brought these facts to the attention of the FBI investigators including the fact there were classified documents improperly and illegally on Clintons private server and nothing was done about it. Peter Strzok, lead investigator of the Clinton eMail matter, testified before Congress that he vaguely recalls the meetings, but does not recall the content, both of which occurred before FBI Director Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton for any wrong doing, with the last ICIG briefing being held in June 2016 about a month before former FBI Director James Comey stated that he would not recommend any indictment of Clinton for mishandling classified materials. Q links to a Daily Caller article on Rep.
- Lisa Page: (#1288) Lisa Page was an FBI attorney with the FBI's Office of the General Counsel assigned to Deputy Directory Andrew McCabe. She was the married mistress of the former Deputy Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok. Page is now a cooperating witness and was allowed to resign in lieu of being fired, although Q reports on May 5, 2018 she was actually fired. (See Andrew McCabe, FBI IG Report, James Baker, Peter Strzok).

Todays revisions and additions:
- Alice: (#47, #49, #50, #52, #53, #57, #58, #59, #62, #2045, #2046, #2047, #2048, #2049) There are two seemingly mutually different definitions of to whom "Alice is referring:
- Q states categorically in Drop Q #74 that Q = Alice.
Prior to adopting the sobriquet Q in Drop #60, the Drops had appeared to have been signed Alice & Wonderland. However, before the first Drop data base rebuild, that signature had been Alice in Wonderland. - In Q Drop #83, nine drops after asserting that Q is Alice, Q strongly equates Alice with Hillary Clinton. This is later confirmed in Drops #2048 & #2049 where Q states that HRC = Alice
SA = Wonderland
then asks Q asks
WHO ARE THE WHITE RABBITS?
Both cannot true unless it could it possibly be that Q is Hillary Clinton? Nah, shes not that smart, nor does Qs agenda match hers. One of these options is disinformation. (See Alice & Wonderland, Hillary Clinton, SA, Saudi Arabia).
- FOIA: (#117, #1686, #1745, #1746) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 U.S.C. § 552, is a federal freedom of information law that allows for the full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States government. The Act defines agency records subject to disclosure, outlines mandatory disclosure procedures and grants nine exemptions to the statute. This amendment was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson, despite his misgivings, on July 4, 1966, and went into effect the following year. FOIA does not apply to any FISA information or any FISC activity. There are other important FOIA exclusions such as personal health information held by the government, business financial and trade secrets, information classified in the interest of national security, matters involved in current law enforcement, personnel information, and any other matters which would be considered clearly unwarranted invasions of personal privacy. (See Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton).
- Judicial Watch: (#573, #1815, #2039, #2040) Judicial Watch (JW) is an American conservative activist group and government watchdog group. The group primarily seeks access to government records, filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and other public records act lawsuits, engaging in other forms of civil litigation, and pursuing various other actions designed to generate public pressure on government agencies and public officials.
Founded in 1994, by attorney Larry Klayman, Judicial Watch is now lead by lawyer and president Tom Fitton, who is also its prime spokesman. JW has targeted both Democrat and Republican administrations contrary to the claims found in Wikipedia which somehow tries to conflate FOIA suits to individuals and political parties, when in fact it only applies to government. In fact Judicial Watch frequently prevails in its FOIA suits because usually the agency sued does not have a legitimate reason to deny access to the data and is ordered to release it. Judicial Watch has been responsible for revealing much of the governmental corruption in the since its creation, doing the hard work the news media is no longer willing to do. Unfortunately JW is only welcome on Fox News and other conservative news sites and networks, regardless of the evidence they unearth. No matter how factual, the Main Stream Media echo chambers will denigrate it and discount it, ignoring it. (See FOIA, Tom Fitton).
- Natalia Veselnitskaya: (#2024)Natalia Veselnitskaya is the female Russian lawyer at the center of the June 9, 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump Junior, Trumps son-in-law Jared Kushner, and the-campaign chairman Paul Manafort where theyd been lead to think they were going to given some ordinary campaign dirt on Democrat opponent Hillary Clinton. The meeting between Trump Jr and Veselnitskaya was brokered by British music publicist, Rob Goldstone. Goldstone told the Washington Post he had arranged the meeting at the request of a Russian client and had attended it along with Veselnitskaya.
On June 3, 2016, Veselnitskaya told Russian oligarch Aras Agalarov that she had official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary [Clinton] and her dealings with Russia that would be very useful to Trump, according to an email to Donald Trump Jr. from colorful music industry publicist Rob Goldstone, who was informed of Veselnitskayas offer the same day by his pop star clientand Agalarovs sonEmin. Veselnitskaya started to talk about individuals connected to Russia supporting or funding Clinton and the DNC, but then switched her pitch to voicing objection to the Magnitsky Act, under which a number of prominent Russians were sanctioned for human rights abuses.
Instead, Veselnitskaya only talked about the Magnitsky Act, a law which applied sanctions against Russia and resulted in Putin ending the adoption of Russian children into the west. The meeting was terminated by the Trump people when it became obvious it had been misrepresented and was actually a lobbying attempt. Goldstone later said he didnt know this was Veselnitskayas goal and that he apologized to Trump Jr. for wasting his time.
It has been revealed that Veselnitskaya was actually working closely with FusionGPS and in fact met with FusionGPSs president Glenn R. Simpson both before and after the Trump Tower meeting and there appears to be evidence that Veselnitskaya had engaged FusionGPS to lobby for the repeal of the Magnitsky Act. (Incidentally, Simpson and FusionGPS, although acting on behalf of Russia and Russian oligarchs never bothered to register as foreign agents, the same thing Special Counsel Robert Mueller is charging Paul Manafort and his partners with.) In the matter of the Trump Tower meeting, FusionGPS was acting on behalf of Perkins Coie LLC, who in turn was acting for the Hillary Clinton Campaign. These relationships make the twenty minute meeting have all the hallmarks of a scam sting.
In a statement reportedly made to the London Times, Veselnitskaya said: Nothing at all about the presidential campaign [was discussed at the meeting. I have] never acted on behalf of the Russian government never discussed any of these matters with any representative of the Russian government.
Add into this tangled web the fact that on July 14, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security revealed that Veselnitskaya, who was considered an undesirable person and prohibited from entering the United States rumored to be due to some previous illegal activities inimical to the interests of the United States, had been granted special entry Visa waivers on multiple occasions in 2015 and 2016 at the request of the DOJ. Such a waiver required the signature of the Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, who claims no knowledge of Veselnitskaya.
In an interview with NBC News, Veselnitskaya stated her June trip involved lobbying against the Magnitsky Act and that she never had any dirt to share on Clinton. After the Trump Tower meeting, she travelled to WashiMagnitsky Actngton, D.C., where she met with several members of Congress on the Magnitsky Act. (See FusionGPS, Hillary Clinton, Magnitsky Act, special Counsel Robert Mueller, Magnitsky Act, Perkins Coie LLC, Trump Tower).
- Tom Fitton: (INFO) Thomas J. Fitton is an American conservative activist and President of Judicial Watch, a conservative activist group and government watchdog group. He has worked for America's Voice and National Empowerment Television, the International Policy Forum, the Leadership Institute, and Accuracy in Media. He has been a talk radio and television host. Fittons organization Judicial Watch has been instrumental in filing numerous successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) suits seeking to expose data on governmental wrongdoing. For those efforts, Fitton received the American Conservative Union's Defender of the Constitution Award during its annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2015. (See FOIA, Judicial Watch).
- Utah Data Center: (#2026) In this Drop Q directs our attention to the Utah Data Center, code-named Bumblehive which unfortunately is a PARODY WEBSITE! The information at the bottom of the page states
This is a parody of nsa.gov and has not been approved, endorsed, or authorized by the National Security Agency or by any other U.S. Government agency. Much of this content was derived from news media, privacy groups, and government websites. Links to these sites are posted on the left-sidebars of each page.
This is quite worrisome for the authenticity of Q. However, in the very next drop, Q points out that Information comes in many forms. There is a lot of valuable data on this parody site gleaned from real news sites from the last six years which the website author links on the left sidebar. WARNING! Much of the data on this website is reliable, but do not under any circumstances cite any website data as factual without confirming it second, preferably primary source provenance of those claims.

(See FBI, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Rod Rosenstein, Jeff Sessions)
- Snowden2: (#1997, #1998, #2005) An Anon has found the snd Snowden Q had mentioned had been inserted into the NSA:
The US Department of Justice may charge a former NSA contractor with espionage after discovering top secret documents and enough highly sensitive data to fill 10,000 DVDs at his home in Maryland.
Retired US Navy officer Harold Thomas Martin III, 51, has been dubbed the second Snowden by the press. He worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, the same firm that employed the famous whistleblower who revealed global surveillance programs run by the US. 2nd Snowden to face espionage charges over 50TB of stolen data
This attempt was a failed attempt, but it occurred a bit more than last year. (See CIA, NSA, Snowden).
- Terry McAuliffe: (#1959) Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (D), Clinton sycophant, and Clinton Foundation donor who provided approximately $700,000 funneled from the Hillary Clinton Campaign funds to FBI former Deputy Director Andrew McCabes wife Jill McCabes unsuccessful campaign for a Virginia State Senate seat at the same time the FBI and FBI stay whom Andrew McCabe directly supervised were investigating Hillary Clintons illegal use of an insecure private email server during her time as Secretary of State to send and receive classified government electronic documents. (See Andrew McCabe, Clinton Foundation, FBI, Tonya Ugoretz: (#1990) Tonya Ugoretz is a career FBI Intelligence Analyst currently assigned to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as Director of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC).
- Wray: (#117) Director of the FBI Christopher Wray, appointed by President Donald Trump, and confirmed by the U.S Senate, to replace fired former Director James Comey.
