Ford seems like a mystery to me, compared with other presidentsOnly President who was never elected to the job. All other Presidents were elected to either the POTUS of VPOTUS job. Ford was appointed by Nixon and approved by the Senate.

Yes they can, there are some fundamental flaws in the “smart contract” element of Ethereum and other chain models that can be exploited. The whole ledger system of Ethereum was built initially for transmission of data and tracking sent, received etc. in a secure model.
I with my biz partner are using it in this way but have developed a new “coin” or token system unique in that it actually does what it was designed for
In the DS world it would in essence be secure enough as a packeted data transmission model

I don’t know. What if there is information on attacks on other countries and other acts of war that if revealed would draw retaliation from other countries? What if it would get all of our agents [187] as Hillary did with the Chinese? (I note all of our colleagues refrained from gleefully commenting “at least it was only CIA” that got the [187]).

the way Nixon asked Ford was to have Melvin Laird contact him in advance to see whether he’d be willing to serve as VP.....Nixon never asked these things directly, he needed to have someone else ‘float’ the idea. Ford told Laird he’d have to discuss it iwth his wife and ultimately said yes. This was all after Laird had contacted Mike Mansfield and Carl Albert to make sure they wouldn’t object.

The issue with the plan of releasing 40% of the truth begs to ask the question of whether not having all the information is like not finishing the 10 day regimen. Fully agree. It all needs to be out in the open, obviously not all now for operational security as it is a war and not a game, but Americans are resilient enough to take the truth and not faint with the vapors.
If your house is infested with roaches, rot and mold often the best solution is to burn it down and rebuild with uncontaminated materials.

I done think that the 60% being kept from the public equates to 60% going unpunished. If you publicly come down hard on the 40% and silently do the same on the other 60%, then 100% has been dealt with and the public portion wakes the masses to enough to get the message. There will likely also be people noticing the missing (or changed) 60% and suspecting they were also involved. My $0.02

My mastermind label is within the constraints of their marriage, not beyond. I see her as the final say on anything that occurred during Bill's two terms, to the extent one could argue the last Presidential election cycle was really a run for her third term.
