Chatter points out:
1. No Name 'expired' on August 25 PT but August 26 GMT.
2. No Name required to expire before Senate vote on Kavanaugh.
3. AZ Gov appted replacement will vote No on Kavanaugh.
4. Dems stop Kavanaugh 50-49 with crossover vote.
5. VP unable to cast tiebreaker (No Tie)
Calculus
* Before No Name disappeared, GOP held Senate 51-49.
* Puppets controlling No Name would cause vote No on Kavanaugh.
* Senate votes 50-50 on Kavanaugh.
* VP casts tiebreaker.
* Kavanaugh confirmed.
∴ No Name must 'expire'
PP is to leftwing as NRA is to rightwing.
Kavanaugh is threat to overturn Roe v. Wade.

That is a scenario that seems possible - Kavanaugh is like Kryptonite to the left. As is any conservative/constitutionalist judge. They need crooked left-wing judges to stay in power, so that they can finish destroying our Constitutional Republic.

I don’t get it. How is the situation different if No Name votes no, or if No Name’s replacement votes no?

“3. AZ Gov appted replacement will vote No on Kavanaugh.”
Do you have some information that leads you to believe the Gov. will pick an anti-Trump replacement?

If it was 50-50 WITH no-name then how is it NOT 50-50 with no-name’s replacement? If they both vote against Kavanaugh it’s the same vote.
If he was the only one against Kavanaugh then it’s 50-50. So who is the other against R vote?
