If it was 50-50 WITH no-name then how is it NOT 50-50 with no-name’s replacement? If they both vote against Kavanaugh it’s the same vote.

If he was the only one against Kavanaugh then it’s 50-50. So who is the other against R vote?

Presumption is Kavanaugh’s replacement will be the one lobbied to vote against Kavanaugh.

Collins or Murkowski would be the other vote.
