They’re going to have him lie in state in Arizona and then Washington, so unless he/they found a patsy double to die for him, I don’t think he made it out alive.

You shook me back to reality a bit, I doubt we’re going around knocking people off like the traitors do. I’m thinking though, that they are giving certain people an opportunity to “do the honorable thing” and bite the cyanide. Think Hermann Goering at the Nuremburg trials (not that they allowed him to have it, it was in a false tooth).

There are some things that should not be survived. A military leader who commits a tactical blunder that gets all his men killed should probably drop on his sword too.

I’m thinking suicide weekend was 30 days ago and part of whatever agreement was made was it had to be announced EXACTLY 30 days later.

The US attorney Trump appointed for that outpost, Geoffrey Berman, reportedly was ordered to recuse himself by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, leaving the office staffed mostly by holdovers from Preet Bharara’s tenure.

Perhaps most remarkable of all, this new legal-political landscape shows the power wielded by Lanny Davis, a decades-long friend, lawyer and fixer to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Davis’ role is a delicious revenge scenario beyond anything Hillary could have imagined. She now has a mole working with Mueller!

Trump can cure the injustice stemming from the one-sided probe by declassifying documents the Justice Department is hiding from Congress and the public. Everything he wants Sessions to release could become public with the president’s signature.

The exercise target, the plate, has a couple holes in it. It’s simulating an armor/heavy barrier the marines have to get through. The exercise progresses from a couple of the marines providing cover/suppressing fire to the holes while the charge is placed. The placer returns, the unit pulls into a line to minimize blast/fragment exposure surface area and the charge is detonated.

Re: lying in state. It doesn’t necessarily mean there will be an open casket. I went to Reagan’s lying-in-state and it was closed. Could have been empty for all I know. But we’ll see. It will be interesting to see how all this plays out.

p.s. Am I the only person who thinks there was something wrong with no name’s left cheek? For years it has looked like he had a tumor.
