Generically, what you describe is a “signing statement.” GWB used that quite a bit, as did Obama. I don’t know when the practice became routine.

The POTUS had three documents at whitehouse.gov and Pence had one re the NDAA (titled thusly). A fourth “fact sheet” relates to the NDAA without using the title of the bill. Kinda chatty on the subject.

Thank Q I thought I had this whole link thing down, guess not.
Q had made the connection previous to yesterday and I’m quite certain the reason it resurfaced in a new drop was the morons out there yesterday for an ‘anniversary’.
I would place a bet that Q is not a FReeper and I dread reading about the 188 exclamation points yet again.
It’s probably just me but I’m guessing there are very dire and serious matters that take much time and attention for the Q team. Scrolling through these threads is arduous and I’d actually find it shocking if anyone on that tiny team has time to do so.
Just my thoughts.

Angelo Codavilla and Yaacov Apelbaum are indeed great thinkers, offering valuable insight, having a keen ability for analysis and synthesis of vast information, and boiling it down to a broad yet precise perspective. These two are unquestionably gifted. They save many of us a lot of time from having to do the work ourselves. Apelbaum has a day job. I have no idea where he finds the time.
