I remember when Pelosi wouldn’t let us ride busses into DC when Glenn Beck was there, so we had to stuff ourselves into the Metro, one train at a time.
Yeah, I know, it was Glenn Beck and he’s a little nutty and all. But he was at the top of his game at the time and we had 2 busloads from this area alone.
The point is, she was speaker of the house and she deemed it necessary to limit conservative attendance at an event in DC because we weren’t “her” people. I remember stuff like that.
I learned a lot from Beck those days. Too bad he went nuts, or whatever happened.
