Jacinta, former abortion worker:
I see people who repeatedly get pregnant because they dont use contraception. I dont think that they dont use contraception deliberately, its just something in their makeup or mental attitude that is preventing them from using it at all, or using it properly. There are a lot of different reasons why people dont use contraception properly, reasons not always recognized by the people themselves.

Personal responsibility, what’s that?
Gotta get pregnant, quick!
So I can get an ABORTION while I still can.
And something in their make up or mental attitudes etc , causes them to participate in the behavior which leads to pregnancy. Something about them seemingly is such that they don’t think of consequences.
“Personal responsibility, whats that?”
You ain’t kidding AND notice the story I posted few threads down!
These women stocking up on Plan B!! Plan B!! Not birth control pills, Not condoms and contraceptive foam, not Norapant, or Ovaring but Plan B!
They are not “planning ahead” they waiting for disaster to hit then doing something about it.
Translation: Prostitutes.
They think abortion is contraception.
They think abortion is contraception.
Stuck on stupid. They just don’t care. It’s easier to kill a baby than take 5 seconds every morning to take a pill or use a condom. Better yet, keep your legs together and not bed down with every Tomas, Dick and Devontre who comes along.
Thus dispelling the myth of the “planned” of Planned Parenthood having anything to do with planning NOT to get pregnant but TO get pregnant and return when the fetus is advanced enough they can get some cash for harvesting the parts.
True Story: I had a friend who briefly worked as a social worker in the early 70s—lots of his “clients” were from black neighborhoods. One in particular told him she got pregnant and hadn’t wanted to. “Well, you did get the pill, right , and take it?? Didn’t it work??” he asked. “Ah don’ know what to tell you, I put the damn thing in and it kept fallin’ out!!!” was her reply. Sounds made up, but it’s true.
Talking about Contraception or Deodorant ?
Stupidity must be high on the list.
Ignorant and / or stupid. A failure of natural selection.
When i worked at a pharmacy i saw just as bad or worse. It was not uncommon to have to tell people how to use monistat or suppositories.
I was in high school, the pharmacist loved to have “fun” and enjoyed having me give people instructions. That experience made me able to say just about anything to anyone. I learned a lot in that job. Including a few things i knew not to tell.
Pretty sick world that we live in. Society is regressing.
Some people are addicted to a lack of personal accountability for themselves.
