The caption of the first photo was "Welcome aboard."
"Welcome aboard. jpg was a big lie" was a comment made by an anon on a photo HE posted that showed the first light/lamp photo fit perfectly in the AF-1 office.
I think the comment may have been a sarcastic response to other anons or shills (purely guessing) who may have challenged the veracity of the first photo titled "Welcome aboard.
Just a theory.
I agree with your other theory. That the plane was bugged by Obama. I think Trump (and Q) were trolling Obama by showing him that they found his "mug holder" spy devices that he had the dirty CIA plant in the office.

Other vid links on that page are of Trump’s “shock-n-awe” election victory. It never gets old watching those media pukes having to suck-it-up buttercups. Thanking the Lord every day he won. Best election ever!

That was a movie starring Nicholas Cage about some skullduggery by a secret society in the Founding Father days with all kinds of secret messages and clues.
