If you think leftists are insufferable now, wait until they regain power. It is not enough that we disagree about the ideological path forward for our country; the left has ascribed animus to our worldview, and by extension, to us individually. Leftists alone care for humanity – we (in their opinion) are advancing its death.
Watch the nightly news. We are Nazis, fascists, racists, homophobes, xenophobes, white supremacists, misogynists, and murderers. We are ripping children from their parents. Border Security is anti-immigrant. We and the NRA want dead children. Tax reform was designed to benefit the evil rich, at the expense of the poor. Health care reform will kill millions of Americans. Being tough on North Korea is reckless, but willingness to discuss the surrender of nuclear ambitions is more reckless still. Education reform is intended to suppress people of color. Christianity is hatred toward women and gays. Opposition to climate change prognostications is science denial.

The level and nature of their discourse are dangerous. I believe Rush Limbaugh said they are by their manner going to get people killed, that id their intent.
My view is we are watching them in their last throes. They are in a full state of panic aware of pending arrests. The latest outrage campaigns are their Pickett’s charge.
The left will continue it’s rise as long as we continue to elect weak republicans as we have in the past.

I ask because by all accounts Hillary won the popular vote in 2016 by more than a couple of million votes. The left has the Church, the Education system and the "MSM".
Arguably, it appears we have a single effective political leader - who the smart money bet against - and we got him by the slimmest of margins. Will we be so lucky the next time?
So it doesn't appear to me the left is in it's last throes; rather that it could be poised for a final assault.

My plan: we better come out at the federal level swinging with everything we still have a chance. The R's better put their petty differences aside and begin to act as a block and support Trump; the procedural handcuffs should be removed so that they can perform their sworn duties.
There is now good reason to believe the left, together with a broad spectrum of other anti-Americans, has effectively infiltrated the highest ranks of some of our most important federal institutions. Further it appears it has seduced/emasculated a sizable portion of the Republican party.
What happens when the Left wins is Venezuela.

Subtract LA County ad Cook County. IL and she loses the popular vote.
Subtract 4 of the 5 Boroughs of NYC that went for her and Trump wins by several millions of votes.
Never forget the Electoral College was made part of the Constitution for the express reason to prevent highly populated areas from ruling over everyone else. Would you advocate signing onto a Constitution where NYC ruled over the entirety of the United States? No, you wouldn’t and neither did the Americans at the founding. The EC was written to get agreement so that the whole country would feel they could participate, not just NYC at the time which was the largest in population.
As to other questions, conservatives are winning. But the winning takes work. The rally in MN, all the crowd had to commit, to prepare, to travel, to participate. The news generated in the leftist media complex could not be ignored. It took work but conservatives won the day. A liberal named Duetsch was forced to acknowledge Trump’s support and called for them to be branded as Nazi guards and dealt with as such. That drew attention to the Trump camp. It made the attention turn away from their fabricated outrage to the positive rally in MN. If conservatives dominate the news cycle, they win.

They have nothing left and are showing Americans just how dangerous and unhinged they truly are. Their mask is coming off. Americans can see clearly what these people are. That drives Americans away from them. That is winning.
You seem to be concerned they have a loud voice. I would be concerned if that loud voice was focused and reasonable, why? Because the electorate is split in three, 31% democrat, 28% republican, 40% independent. The independents are the group that decides. If the independents see and hear loud but focused and reasonable voices of democrats, they will side with democrats. But what they see are monsters that cannot be tolerated.
I thing this guy is stop on. We will be the redheaded step children when they take over. The left have no use for our opinion and it will be ugly.

Then you assume the audience for that voice is focused and reasonable; quite the contrary it is more likely the audience is predisposed.
There was no reason for your EC lecture, the EC issue was not overlooked in my post. But since you mention it, what possible reason do you have for thinking the left will contain itself to highly populated areas?
I referred to the popular vote since the counties and boroughs you refer to are important energy centers that are expanding beyond their borders. See, perhaps for a most dramatic example, California. I argue that what is happening in CA can happen at the national level in the absence of a coordinated political effort.

After decades of the Clinton, Bush and Obama terms, with isolated instances, it appears otherwise. You can only argue that if you overlook the progress the left has made. Simple reality check: of the D's and R's which party strikes you as being the most effective over the past several decades?
