FBI is under DOJ. Usually ID'd separately otherwise there is considerable risk of confusion. It is Nunes who assigns DOJ. The OIG report assigns the remark to an FBI lawyer. Maybe Nunes was speaking from memory and meant to track the OIG report.

I think Q is signaling that this anon is off base a bit and that the message was not even for analysis by anons.

There could well be real safety issues with the Tesla, but one battery fire does not make a statistical argument. You would have to look at this issue in the context of all the violent things that happen to cars on the road every day.

One can set the stage for the other. Remember Comey admitting he was a leaker? That happened in a Senate hearing.

Half the time in the hearings will be to assure the public that the FBI and DOJ are full of honorable people. Other than a handful, Congress is in on the whitewash.
