- Loop Capital Markets (#464) This one is actually now mentioned by Q. CEO Robert Rivkin, a major donor to Obama, and a “Pay for Play” donor to the Clinton Foundation which made a $100,000 donation to the CF, and then received $5 million in bonds made tax-free with the assistance of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In Drop #480, Q says “DO NOT LOSE FOCUS ON LOOP CAPITAL”, then in Drop #524, Q adds “LOOP CAPITAL. CEOs/BODs PAYING TO PLAY.” And then lists the slush funds of BHO [1], McCain [2], HRC [3], and Nancy Pelosi NP[4]. (See CF, HRC, Obama, McCain, Nancy Pelosi).
- OODA LOOP: the decision cycle of observe, orient, decide, and act, developed by military strategist and United States Air Force Colonel John Boyd. Boyd applied the concept to the combat operations process, often at the operational level during military campaigns. It is now also often applied to understand commercial operations and learning processes.
