People may not understand why I love the Appalachians...but nothing happens, here.
No hurricanes, no tornadoes, no volcanoes, and the only earthquake we’ve had in forever barely wiggled the stuff on the shelves.
Boring is good.

Been through all of those but a volcano here. Had several tornados in the area (one a direct hit), hurricanes Opal and Katrina were still hurricanes when they passed over us, and had a couple of small quakes. But I like living here more than anywhere else I’ve lived. I like a little excitement. LOL!
