A New Jersey mom went to her daughters school and complained about her not making the cheerleading squad so now everyone gets to make the team.
All my hard work has been thrown out the window, seethed cheerleader Stephanie Krueger about the ruling during a Board of Education meeting last week in East Hanover.

I pity these kids when they get out in the work force and realize that they aren’t going to get paid simply for whining.
It’s to the point where nearly every school has a 100+ girl “cheerleading squad” with its full compliment of morbidly obese darlings. More cheerleaders than football players in some cases.
Bowing to women whining is killing America.
All my hard work has been thrown out the window, seethed cheerleader Stephanie....
Get used to it. You’ll be living out the rest of your days in Animal Farm.
People are elected to the school board. The local residents elected the fascists that set forth this decree. You generally get what you vote for. Don’t like it? Stop electing PC morons. Better yet, get on the school board.
5he fatal flaw in socialism. When mediocrity is rewarded the same as excellence, it deters the hard work and dedication necessary to achieve excellence.
The girl needs to learn two things:
1. You can’t win at everything.
2. Life isn’t fair.
3.Maybe you didn’t work hard enough or simply don’t have as much talent as the others.
All my hard work has been thrown out the window
Right, and everyone can play on the football, basketball, baseball and lacrosse teams - and start - regardless of ability.
The new PC American Way!
Nonsense! We need to remain a meritocracy if we want to retain our freedoms and remain on top economically and financially.
By this age, it is time to be teaching that lesson.
And the lesson is, sometimes your best just isn’t good enough.... and just because you want to do something, or are very passionate about something, doesn’t mean you are good at it.
Find something you are capable at, that’s where you will be successful.
My high school had cheer leaders (had to try out) and pep squad for anyone. They had their own shirts, meetings and requirements, got floor time for routines and did a whole bunch of other stuff.
People who didn’t make the cut to be on the cheerleading squad generally made up the leadership. One of the beauties was that if you were a one sport team member, did plays or anything else with a seasonal commitment you could be in pep squad and actually letter in it.
Sigh....
We had a no cut rule on our high school football team. We did limit the travel team. So lots of kids did not get to go.
There were a bunch of kids who had been on the team for four years and who had never set foot on the field of an away game.
Not exactly a wonderful character building exercise.
Stephanie, this is how socialism works. Remember that in the voting booth.
Everybody that applies to med school gets accepted and everyone who is accepted gets an M.D,
The way I read it, she had a right to complain. Some of the girls actually worked for this, preparing for tryouts - and then because of one parent’s complaint, their work and achievement doesn’t count for anything, because Everyone gets to be a cheerleader.
You so sure of that? What if current trends continue?

Our youth is finally reaping what their Socialist teachers have been sowing. A very hard lesson for those who have been striving to be the best. The Best isnt important in Socialist countries.....those who dont even try are rewarded the same as those who practically break their necks to be at the top..
