"While in college and later in law school, [Stormy Daniel's lawyer] Avenatti worked at a political opposition and media firm, The Research Group, run by Rahm Emanuel (later White House Chief of Staff for President Barack Obama, and mayor of Chicago).[21] Avenatti worked on over 150 campaigns in 42 states, including multiple gubernatorial and congressional campaigns and Joe Biden’s U.S. Senate campaign.[7]"

“Avenatti later joined Greene Broillet & Wheeler, a Los Angeles boutique law firm. While there, he handled a number of high-profile cases, including a $10 million defamation case against Paris Hilton,[26] settled an idea-theft lawsuit relating to the show The Apprentice and against producers Mark Burnett and Donald Trump.”

In a related article

“The first reports of an alleged affair between Trump and Daniels were published in October 2011 by the blog The Dirty and the magazine Life & Style.[1] Around the same time, Daniels talked about the alleged affair with the gossip magazine In Touch Weekly, which chose not to publish the interview after Cohen threatened to sue the magazine.[2]”

Every bit of litigation and "investigation" aimed at President Trump and the people around him is just legal warfare launched by Democrat party operatives. The Democrat elite cares so little about our nation that they will do anything to attack President Trump, regardless of his election by millions of American voters.

It is time for everyone to get to work to elect conservative Republicans this November. And to doggedly work to uncover the network of leftists who are unwilling to accept the voter's decision last November.

Fortunately for the Deplorables, Trump has great experience with personal lawsuits and the deep pockets necessary to keep an army of lawyers employed, as necessary.

By their logic, that'd be an illegal campaign contribution.

By the IRS logic, that'd be income for Ms. Flotation Device.

Michael Avenatti has placed his client and himself in a difficult position for encouraging Stormy Daniels to breach a valid contract. Even if his client’s allegations of a sexual affair are true, no crime was committed by either party. And now Trump has gone on the offensive to sanction Daniels for breaching their contract, in accordance with provisions specified in the agreement. Oops! My gut tells me that Avenatti never thought it would go this far, or that Trump would push back so hard.

I don’t have a link but I read the other day that research will show that Perkins Coie is paying Avanatti. Wouldn’t that be the cherry on the sundae?
