Kanye West was tweeting on Saturday morning. He’s tweeted a lot recently. West returned to Twitter last week, announced he was writing a philosophy book, and also, that we were all already reading that book, because the book was just his tweets. But one Saturday morning tweet was a bit different, because West was endorsing thoughts from a mind that was not his own:
Those who are familiar with Candace Owens may already know why this tweet led to the pro-Trump Internet losing its collective mind. If you’re not, let me explain: Owens, who used to use the social media handle “Red Pill Black,” is an African American activist in the pro-Trump Internet. She joined YouTube about nine months ago and now has just under 200,000 subscribers. Among her biggest hits: a video mocking concerns over rising white supremacy in the wake of the Charlottesville protests in August, where one counterprotester was killed.
“It’s obviously the media’s fault,” she says during the video. “The media is creating this entire narrative. It’s crazy to me … that people haven’t figured this out yet.” The video has more than a half a million views.
West’s tweet, along with some other tweets that we’ll get to, have left many online wondering whether he’s been “red-pilled,” a term that comes from “The Matrix” and has been used in the various corners of the men’s rights movement and far-right Internet to describe a conversion experience to their point of view.
It is a term that Owens herself has adapted for her own worldview. She has appeared on both Infowars and Fox News to promote her thesis that black people have been brainwashed to vote for Democrats by the media, and that they would vote for Republicans if only they...

West isn’t a hero, though. This is Washington comPost doublespeak.
He acknowledges someone on the right has a decent thing to say and people applaud that he recognizes truth. That doesn’t make him a hero.
Same thing with Roseanne Barr. She isn’t a heroine, she is a Hollywood (mostly) leftist who recognizes there is something amiss with all the pop culture devotion to statism.

Hero is a strong word, but Kanye deserves some credit for showing a willingness to break free from the Marxist straightjacket that has snared most of the Hollywood elite. He’s a free thinker and a big admirer of Trump.
I’ve long said that Trump can win the majority of the black vote in 2020 and Kanye May well play a big role in doing just that

The story here to pay attention to is the Scott Adams angle. Kanye has been re-tweeting several snippets of Adams' videos. That's significant and is what is pissing off the liberal MSM and entertainment world.
For all of Kanye West’s crazy ways gotta give him credit where it’s due. When he’s right he’s right.Trump is making small yet significant inroads with traditional Dem voting blocs. Blacks, Latinos, Jews even, in light of the Pulse niteclub shooting some LGBTers as well. Pres. Trump is boldly going were no Republican has gone before and the left is loosing their collective shiite over it.
Exactly. The Post is misconstruing what is going on. Most people on the Right realize that West and Barr are loose cannons who sometimes say conservative things, which is welcome in a world where celebrities routinely spout the extreme-Left party line on everything. But West and Barr also say some crazy things themselves. They aren’t Right-wing heroes. They are famous people who don’t simply spout liberal orthodoxy, and conservatives appreciate that.
That’s the truth of it. Once Haiti hits more it will cement it.
Victories are victories. We welcome people who leave the liberal plantation. They pay a huge price for doing so.
