Entire post is excellent, but the line above struck me as significant.
The left and/or deep state has spent so much effort degrading our culture with things like abortion and homosexual marriage. Now neither of those things are taboo. So in order to keep a hold over someone, it’s not enough to threaten to expose their abortion or their homosexuality. Now you have to threaten to expose them as pedophiles, torturers, and murderers.
This has forced the DS to become ever more depraved - if they weren’t already.

Exactly. Depravity is a fundamental part of the power equation, if one is trying to control a government from the outside, and secretly, through a hold on politicians.

I would point out, however, that the evil is ancient. Remembering the child sacrifices to Baal, Moloch and other false gods the Israelites contended with, sometimes succumbed to, as they encountered Babylon, Canaan and other pagan cultures.
Clearly, this evil has never left the world; and, perhaps, as many have asserted, it is a true nexus of power for those who would rule without being chosen.
