I was 40 when I first came to that realization.I was 30 when I realized that I was glad that the Army treated me the way it did during BCT.

I couldn’t figure this out. Favorite age? Every age has had it good parts and bad; I learn something almost every day and that’s been going on a long, long time. Long ago I learned I may not know I am loved right then but eventually I do. I have always known I am loved by the Universe. And very importantly if someone always dumps on me, I really don’t need him or her in my life. Otherwise my list looks very similar to one you listed.

Not to brag but I learned that at 5 with a straightened out wire coat hanger. I must have thought that being a couple of feet away would be the safe way to do it.

But consider this; people who go through their whole lives never sticking something metal in a wall socket never learn not to do that!
