difficulties with kaiser permanente rescinding medical power of attorney (mpoa)

a relative of mine is having difficulties with kaiser permanente rescinding a medical power of attorney.

apparently it is not so simple as just going into a business office and signing a rescinding document.

any advice? experience?

Not just GOOD, but also experienced with arguing "power of attorney" issues.
All liars,..err .. lawyers, are not created nor educated equally !
Be willing to pay for experience !

I goofed . It is actually a do not resuscitate dnr that needs to be rescinded.

Kp makes it diffuse. First one needs to schedule a visit with a doctor.
