If DEFCON means “definitely confirmed”, why does Q also use CONF right next to it?

CONF would mean “confirmed” wouldn’t it? Why does Q need two “confirmed”s in the same clause?

Your post may lead to uncovering a totally different meaning for DEFCON, one that no one has yet guessed!

So don’t stop!

This is what I thought DEFCON meant

The United States’ DEFCON (short for “defense readiness condition”) scale is a measure of the level of alertness of the nation’s defense forces. The DEFCON scale uses a minimum of 5 (for normal peacetime status) and a maximum of 1 (for situations of global severity, like nuclear war).
