$400 is a bit high for an oz, not much, it’s enough to last the casual user 3-4 weeks. Usually people buy it in smaller bags. $50 bags and $hundred bags. Enough to last a week or so.

All these “poor people” seem to be able to afford something that I would consider an extravagance. I might drink wine or have a beer, but not $100 worth of it per week. And if I couldn’t pay my rent and utilities, I would be spending close to $0 on such non-essentials.
