Note: DC had another test of the Emergency Broadcast System today. That’s 3 since Thursday.

Drudge has a link to an article saying the EBS might not be secure. (didn’t read it).

So definitely something going on there.

We had an emergency broadcast test this morning in Florida panhandle. Scared the crap out of us.
