Seems like YouTube is getting hammered now. Sites have been going down and up all day. Sound issues everywhere. People reporting weird stuff with discord servers, so maybe it is not just twitter and YouTube.
Interesting and also interesting where Q mentioned the interference with Twitter. Maybe the good guys are taking down the rogue/bad part of the site's programs or these companies are hurrying up and trying to get rid of the evidence. Also, it's possible we have a cyberwar going on out there at the moment.

Perhaps also why they fought Keystone (pipeline) so long! Perhaps KEYSTONE pipeline path intersects/interrupts trafficking routes and/or brings unwanted eyes and ears to the area!
High tech pipeline monitors might pickup underground tunnel travel as well as overland travel?
