As for ringtones, you can create your own for free. Or at least you could in the past. (You need a computer to do that. If you’re a phone only person, maybe a friend can help?) A little googling should help you find the directions for how to do it. Basically, you use a song you already have in your library, then convert it to another format, making sure that you clip it to no longer than allowed (40 seconds? 20? 30? I’ve forgotten.)
Most of my ringtones are from songs in my library.
