They can be handy.

However, they can also remove any excuse for avoiding doing something. LOLOL.

I wonder if he thinks the bumper seat was worth it at this point.

Odd that a billionaire would feel the need for any prop like a bumper seat. Psychology can have some real paradoxes.

Yeah. I am quite skeptical POTUS dinked with her or anyone similar. I think he really is OCD as well as a bit compulsive of at least being seen to do the right and honorable thing.

His opponents in real estate have persistently testified they could never find any dirt, of any significant substance, on him.

Since Assad is buddies with Iran, and there are plenty of Hezbollah and Iranian Rev. Guards in Syria, taking out Iran is connected with whatever happens in Syria. Or maybe better to say whatever happens in Syria is connected with Iran.
*******************************************************
Speaking of Iran - the CIA helped topple the Shah of Iran - He was not agreeable to the Carter terms regarding the oil industry. The CIA also helped to convince the Shah’s military to stand down. Long history of CIA in Iran - They helped bring in the Shah to begin with.

So with NK/CIA strings, makes me wonder now about Iran - is that a similar situation? I am also thinking that the CIA black hats continue to collude with terrorists in Syria.

At any rate, here is info on current deployment:

From 5 days ago:

Churchill is departing ahead of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group, which is expected to depart Norfolk sometime in the next week (NOTE Truman group deployed today)

Just brainstorming people. Time will tell. ThankQ for listening.

Any flan? ... maybe with a thin caramel sauce.

How about Cinnamon buns--like the sticky buns with chopped pecans on top--e.g. those available at the top end of Seattle's Pike Street market?

Of course I wouldn't refuse a parfait with Hazen Daz Vanilla Bean with blueberries, walnuts etc.

Shoot, just some homemade wholewheat with acacia honey and real butter would do nicely.

Then there's Dudley's bakery between San Diego and Julian--that has an excellent date-nut bread round loaf. MMMMMM

I could also easily rationalize a homemade apple dumpling a la mode.

But you can keep the ripe durian fruit to yourself--unless it's frozen solid to minimize the stink.

I do enjoy the rambutans, however. and mangosteen.

The pecan wedding cookie balls are great but I don't like the powdered sugar on them--hazardous to lungs.

And, common lemon bars are nice ... as is a similar red raspberry kind of pastry/bar.

Ahhhhh welll, enough drooling over fantasy foods. LOL.

Sure. The elderly lawyer speaking as a guest had earlier said the contract was not valid without TRUMP’S signature. But then he researched it fairly thoroughly and had to change his view.
***********************************************************
That’s business law 101. Offer made, Offer Accepted, Consideration ($$). That’s all that is needed for an enforceable contract.

Way back before I retired, there was an interesting case involving Texaco. Hand shake deal. Court ruled that Contract had to be honored. Mucho Bucks.

Also, if there is a written contract, that’s it. No matter what was said during the talks etc. if it’s not in writing, it’s not part of the contract—the reasoning is if it was important to the contract, it would have been included in the writing.

Therefore, if a discussion is held that is important, add it to the written contract, else it’s not considered part of that contract—but I’m thinking that a jury might not agree with that.

From the main board - FORMER SENIOR UNITED NATIONS OFFICIAL FACING PEDOPHILIA CHARGES IN NEPAL:

One of the world’s leading experts on humanitarian work with street children and children affected by war has been arrested on pedophilia charges. Canadian humanitarian worker Peter Dalglish, who helped found the charity Street Kids International, was taken in by police in Nepal on Sunday (April 8), Xinhua news agency reported. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police said they wanted to question Dalglish over claims he was involved in pedophile activities in Kavre district, around 50 kilometers north of the capital, Kathmandu. An initial investigation claims the 60-year-old had offered children foreign trips and better education before sexually abusing them. My Republica reported that two children, aged 12 and 14, had allegedly been abused by Dalglish and rescued by authorities.

Interesting. imho, Texans used to be real keen on honoring their word as their bond. That was certainly true with Qx’s ancestors.

Can a business violate our 4th amendment rights? I’m not convinced.
***********************************************************
That’s an interesting question. Is it legal for a peeping Tom to peer in your bedroom window? Maybe take pictures? Come inside your house and search your papers/mail?

Is it legal for a Business to do what is illegal for a person to do?

What if the business was set up as a front for the government to spy on people, their correspondence, their purchases, even to see and hear what is going on in their house? Would that be a violation of the 4th?

I have more questions than answers, but my gut tells me that on many levels this is wrong, and at least a violation of the spirit of the 4th amendment. YMMV

I'm wondering about that Ukraine donation - not much for Trump, but mega bucks for HRC. Somewhere IIRC, I read that this lawyer has ties to that Ukraine guy.

Also the “Ruskies” on the indictment list may very well actually be Ukrainians who are part of Russian Mafia from prior reading months ago. Eventually tied into DWS and HRC.
