I disagree with that premise. If the Constitutional republic is operating, and by all appearances it is, then use the civilian tools it has at its disposal.

OTOH, if the Repubic is not functioning, if civil courts are not open, if habeas corpus is suspended, by all means, military tribunals is appropriate.

In normal times I would agree with the all the above but we're slowly finding out, we're definitely not in normal times. Q keeps telling us this will be big enough for the history books. I guess we'll find out.

I think Q has given us a hint on where our judicial system stands where it is not trustworthy. Many here have already figured this out long ago and will take a long time to clean up. Our judicial system has been infiltrated by the same deep state cabal who have declared this stealth war against the American people.

i AGREE.

I think the regular justice system for the high profile perps is unrealistic as a solution to prosecute. Just not realistically going to happen well or quickly with all the complicit judges etc..
