This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

I plan to post one thread at a time and ping new drops posted to it. When I post each (new) thread, the prior thread is retired.

My father was captured at the Battle of the Bulge (more correctly, the Battle of St. Vith) as a 19 year-old. Spent the next five months in Stalag 4B. So, you are preaching to the choir.

My father paid a tremendous mental price for his captivity. It was long before we identified PTSD. I'm thankful he lived until he was 65. Winner of the Purple Heart, he died in 1990.

I am so sorry for your loss, but grateful for his service.

My Dad was in the Coast Guard and he passed away in 2008.

I have a picture of him and some buddies with debri from a German sub. It was the last German Sub that was sunk off Point Judith Light. His ship participated in that.

He talked about his experiences some in the final years, and gave me his medals shortly before he died. One of his nurses was retired Coast Guard, so every time he was in the hospital, I’d get to hear a bit more about things.

My father was a POW in the Stalag at Moosburg. Looking back! I see lots of little signs it had a deep impact on him. He couldn’t stand to be hungry and would wake up in the night to make a sandwich. He couldn’t sleep in a room with a closed door, even in the hospital. Near the end, he could only be fed intravenously and it’s the only time I saw him cry because he wanted food so badly.

He was with the 36th ID at Monte Cassino and the Rapido River and was a proud honorary Texan because of his service with the T-Patchers.

That story about a lawsuit has been debunked several places, although who knows these days. Still a search should show something such as a court docket.

IIRC, the $400 million was part of a settlement that was ordered by the Hague/International Court dating back to Iran's frozen assets @ the time of the Shah/Ayatollah.

Just a few, of many, connections: grandfather pardoned by Obama on last day of office; Jesuit uncle took pics of Obama in Kenya in 1988; father, Army Corp of engineers, Iran, nuclear installations; brother; nephew! And more. I read the research by @HousatonicITS and was astounded at how naive I am. You can skim the thread rapidly, all the links are there to explore. You have probably seen the picture taken by his uncle.

You’re right. It was definitely a BIG salt grain required at that time. Now there is need for salt - but only to the extent that we get the details correct, imho.

Either from his ‘slush fund’ aka Same legislation, OR from $6 Billion that went missing from President Bush fund to study E BOLI...that money went missing too. I would say the $ 6 Billion missing from State Department, however Hillary is so greedy, I am sure she got that money somehow!

Remember that O Drama did that ‘same legislation’ more than once! 2010 was the ‘shovel ready’ jobs, that weren’t shovel ready.... WE might be surprised how he spent the money! I shudder!
