Far be it from me to defend a Pit Bull owner. But the dog couldn’t have been too vicious if someone could hold him long enough to get info off the collar. I have a feeling this story is embellished a lot. The dog probably ran onto the school grounds and a bunch of kids started screaming. It doesn’t say any of the kids were treated for dog bites.
Shoot them...euthanize them...ban them. Spare me the “it’s not the dogs, it’s the breeders/trainers/owners” nonsense...who cares?! They are animals! Rid the world of them.

This problem is really easy to fix. Just put up a new sign:
“Pit bull Free Zone”.
So are we going to have a National walkout day to ban pit bulls?

You need to pass a background check to own a pit bull and get a license to own it as well?
The owner is beyond fortunate that that dog did not kill 7 kids instead of just biting them.

you don’t call the owner of a dog that’s bitten multiple people - you call the police and you let them call the freaking owner after they confiscate the dog perp.

i had a neighbor who had an aggressive pit that kept trying to break down the fence and get after my pooch. I talked to my neighbor and let him know in no uncertain terms that he was responsible for his dog and if anything happened to my dog I would hold him personally responsible and he would be treated like a killer dog. he kept his dog chained after that and moved shortly afterwards.
Ban Pit Bulls! This breed is just killers waiting to kill children! While we are about it ban Muslims as well.
