The missing ship set sail for Africa in 1859 and returned to Alabama in 1860 with around 100 slaves. Pictured is the ship's starboard (although it is not the Clotilda's)

Missed it by about only 150 years or so. “So close, but so far away”.
They so wanted this to be some slave ship so they could continue to go on and on and on about their victimhood. Their ancestors were a disgrace for human trafficking their own people.
I haven’t seen AL.com run with this story yet. I guess it’s not part of their agenda.
