Hmmmm .... wonder if there’s something “special” going on there or if it was just a target. There were also reports of EBS warnings going off somewhere this morning - the people reporting said that they were on east coast, as I remember, some people got them, others did not, but those who did reported that the message was about extreme weather in So. Cal.
