If a civilian deliberately altered a crime scene so as to deflect possible culpability, or if he lied to investigators, he would be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.
We should hold the LEOs to the same standard. If the police lied about police snipers being there and firing, then all involved in the coverup need prosecuting.

I have to wonder if the law enforcement snipers fired first? Did they start the gunfire?
I ask because if they hadn’t started the gunfire then why go to all the bother to try to pretend that they didn’t shoot anyone when the forensic evidence clearly shows that they did?
