I think one key is to have channels/comms/means for whistleblowers to communicate with trusted patriots. Also, whistleblowers need to understand that just because they see no immediate action on their info doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Other things could be a higher priority. The Trump team could be starting with the low-hanging fruit. Reported facts could be part of a bigger picture which they need to fill out before acting. Etc.
