There have been probably 5-8 different sources affirming Tony Podesta's being in Gitmo, IIRC.
It still shocks me somewhat that so few people seem able to read the puzzle pieces very well at all.
It would take investigative journalists to find out and report about people in or receiving tours of GITMO.
Fortunately, for us and POTUS, they don’t exist anymore except for internet/twitter/youtube and they are conservatives getting banned left and right at this time.
Word is not going to get out easily.
There are persistent reports that Tony Podesta was taken to Gitmo early on and remains there. There have been mixed stories about John Podesta.

I’ve seen reports that Tony visited Gitmo, but is being held in a black site on US soil. Could well be protective custody if he’s decided to sing. I believe McCabe also had a visit to Gitmo, but I’m unsure if he’s in protective custody or not.
Rumors abound about detention (not incarceration) for various folks. The only one definitely not cooperating is today’s arrest of the attorney. He has an actual hearing in April, indication that he is not cooperating.
I’ve had the unfortunate, distasteful experience of knowing folks who are serving/have served Federal sentences. I recall they were “free” for months and in one case, over a year between arrest and trial. Not even an ankle bracelet in at least one instance. Not sure about another.
Our justice system moves slowly.

With all these rumors about the Podestas and others being at Gitmo, you’d think that if they weren’t, they’d show themselves, wouldn’t you?
The left loves to make fun of the “crazy conspiracy theorists” by pointing to facts (or some facsimile of facts) to prove them wrong.
One more point: I’ve heard there is a catch and release program for some of these scumbags. The reasons for that
1. to lull their handlers and associates into thinking everything is ok
2. to make their handlers and associates panic/worry that they’ve been released because they sang and told everything
3. to see who they contact when they get out and see who contacts them
Why has no one protested from the Podesta Team? someone muxt have a reason to talk. Just an observation.
