“Apply” may mean: Find the head of the Satanic cult. Somehow the cult must be brought down so it’s highest leaders must be brought down. I’d always heard that was Rothschild but there are layers - Hillary is said (by some) to be the US ....well...”queen” (think ant hill) for Satanism but she’s not the top of the cult globally.
Simple, Baggie, you look at what seems to be an illogical and irrational act to us with normal morals and see how the worship of Satan explains why what seems illogical to us would be rational to someone who worships Satan and what they would expect to gain from the Lord of Evil. Then you start to grasp what it is they are doing.
You filter those acts through the irrational worship of Satan and his minions' plans for the world and the people who inhabit it. Suddenly you start seeing WHY things are being done the way they are being done. Apply an evil intent to something and the inexplicable becomes explicable.
