One guess I have is that maybe Q doesn’t really know what a keystone is! Maybe he is using it more in the sense of “capstone”.
How many people these days actually know anything about bricklaying? How many of them have Q clearances? I’d guess not too many.
One thing we should all remember is that Q knows a lot of stuff, but not necessarily everything! So maybe Q is using the word incorrectly.
(Find the smartest person you know and ask them to name a word that they misused or mispronounced for a long time. Can be an interesting discussion. I know a Ph.D. in nuclear physics who was surprised to learn that “chimera” was pronounced like ky-mera, not like shim-mera. I had to laugh because I had pronounced it the same way in my head for many years! Those of us who read have huge reading vocabularies that we might not be able to use when speaking.)

Q does talk about "keystone" more in regards to a map than a pyramid, it seems to me. Is keyword used in mappery? (made up that word).
Don’t think as much in building terms, think centers of gravity. The place in the center of the issue that controls the issue itself. Think also of choke points. The point beyond which or if destroyed/interrupted would prevent further actions to take place or greatly hinder them.
OPEC oil crisis- prevented free movement of the entire population, even number license plates fill up on even days, odd numbers on odd days. No major city has more than a 2-3 day supply of food on hand at any time. 3-4 companies in America control huge % of farmland as well as the delivery and production sys. Modified seeds don’t yield follow on crops.

Paper money is fiat money - useless in a crisis
Victory Gardens, goats (milk, cheese, meat), chickens
*grow a victory garden in many communities = arrest ( can’t have free peeps)
Self defense
Communication - drums? Short wave, land lines, cell? Computer? Satcom?
What will you barter? Can you survive 14-30-60-90 days tomorrow?
Bug out plans - who will control roads?
Expand these thoughts state/nation/international - now where is/are the keystones?
