A Buffalo woman who was slashed in the face with a box cutter outside the Chuck E. Cheese's in Amherst has sued town police for improperly responding to a fight in the restaurant that preceded the violent confrontation in the parking lot.
Rhondesia Betton claims in her lawsuit that officers didn't make sure the people who were kicked out of the restaurant following the earlier disturbance had left the scene completely.

Reading the story there’s nothing the police could have done differently. The lawsuit is an attempt to get some go-away money.

She could purchase a great deal of effective weaponry for the cost she instead is shelling out to lawyers to lose her case.
Someone should just hold amateur Ultimate Fighting matches featuring pizza and a rodent mascot. The restaurant chain can be called Rasslin’ Rat.

The priority is to ensure that the officers remain safe and not put their lives at risk.

Funny how a ‘people’ that has absolutely no problem publicly wishing for the demise of others just because they are White or Cops who may or may not have guns, there is no hesitation to pick up the phone (much easier these days) and yell for a White Man with a GUN to come and get your ashes out of the fire.
THEN sue when ‘you & your ilk’ have threatened the same with violence and non cooperation when it comes to the police....
AND they wonder why I ‘risk’ jail etc by carrying a ‘little something’ to at least make me ‘feel safer’ when I HAVE to enter ‘your world’
