If Q happens to be true, then Q is valid. But if we assume Q is fake and continue to analyze it from that perspective, we will surely find things we wouldn’t otherwise have found.

But why would you bother? Even if Q turns out to not be for real, he’s done something incredibly real in making a great many people think seriously about serious problems. Whoever he turns out to be, I’ll applaud him.

That's exactly what I did. After digging and watching I came to the conclusion that Q is likely real and connected.
