So who is this Dilley person?
Dilley is a character running for Congress in AZ ... it’s usually things that can be surmised or after the fact. However he does pick up things on his own and his recognition of 10/2017 EO along with 12/2017 EO is valid.
Brendan Dilley, running for Congress but I can’t remember what state. He says he has an intel source and goes on Periscope. I never listen but I see people take notes and post them, or maybe there are summaries. Some stuff is the same as Q’s info.
