The correct term is “in” not “and”
Anyone in the military ought to know that. Very basic.
But Q is trying to evade “sniffers” that might intercept his messages, so possibly deliberately misspelling things? Supposedly that is also why he is often cryptic.
IMO, another reason for being cryptic is to get people to pay attention. (Look at us here with over 2000 posts!! It’s working.)
