Media prepared the battlefield with a flood of stories predicting Trump would be snubbed, savaged, embarrassed at Davos AND there would be “massive” (TM) protests. Media was wrong on both counts. Were snubs and protests expected/arranged as cover/explanation for assassination attempt? Was May the only head of state cued in on all this?

Not too long ago, I saw a squib that social media companies were officially warned not to continue censorship. Perhaps government will go forward to treat social media companies as they treat public communication companies under FCC? /WAG
