I agree with you that an ADULT “taking pics of a nude baby girl then “attempting” to sell them” is a serious offense.

I don’t agree that “Daddy” was “legally” obligated to take his 17 year old to the cops ONLY because that is a complex “legal” question given the kids age, 1st offense etc etc.

I really think there is more to this story than is being told.

Were it my 17 year old SON, as I have stated, on this thread, I would have demanded intense therapy and severe but reasonable disciplines. On a “second offense”, all bets would be off and I would take him to jail myself.

Oh really? I hate repeating myself but in your case I will. Dealing with CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IS A FELONY OFFENSE and MUST be reported to the authorities.

Child pornography is an underground internet business consisting of both predators who sell their wares of exploited children (the 17 year old we are discussing) to those who revel in such depravity.

With the arrest of this child molester, the police may or may not discover that he has internet contact with the dark side that deals with this perversion. Hopefully it will.

A daddy/son and therapist conversation will never reveal this info to the proper authorities.............

Just curious, would you be so forgiving if this 17 year old kid was accumulating bomb making material in order to sell it to a fellow classmate who he thought was an ISIS follower?
