FULL TITLE: WATCH: Pro-Abortion Student Defends Infanticide. Killing a 2-Year-Old Baby is Okay Because It Cant Communicate
A pro-abortion student has been filmed on video defending infanticide, saying there is nothing wrong with killing a two-year-old baby. The student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville bragged about his support for infanticide up to two years of age.
The video, provided to LifeNews by Students for Life of America, shows a pro-abortion student defending his position in favor of ending the lives of unborn children.
During the video, the student also defends infanticide and says that theres nothing wrong with killing newborn babies because they are not capable of taking care of themselves or holding an intellectual conversation. The twisted logic claims that because babies are not on the same level as someone old enough to feed and clothe themselves and to carry on a conversation that apparently their life is somehow less valuable.
That is the same contorted and twisted logic that abortion advocates use to defend abortion. Supposedly because unborn babies are something less than capable adult human beings their lives have no value. It is the same kind of logic that also persecutes the elderly and disabled and says that their lives have less value because they are supposedly less capable.
The fact of the matter is without communication, we have no way of knowing of you are sentient or not, the unidentified student says in the video clip. Its no different than this tree. Its alive, but is it sentient? I dont know. I cannot communicate with it.
Then he defends killing infants.
Can the two year old talk to me? In some instances Im fairly certain that is, the student said. But generally speaking the child still has the inability to communicate. And until we determine that as such at what point does sentience become an issue. We cant really debate whether or not that is the situation or not.
The head of the pro-life student group was not surprised by the warped thinking.
The idea that someone could support infanticide is incredibly disturbing. Yet, it reflects the kinds of attitudes our staff members and students can face on a daily basis on high school and college campuses, Students for Life of America president Kristan Hawkins said. Life is only valuable if I can talk to it?

You are right.
Good God, how much more horrid can these snowflake minds get? Liberalism is truly evil.
‘Both men and women are responsible for this horror.’
of course...except your premise insinuated that women were maneuvered into abortion by men who populated the vanguard of the movement, an unsupportable premise...
My disageement is with your post is that men were at the vanguard of the abortion movement.
The student is simply too stupid to communicate with a 2 yr old.
It’s a level of sophistication that is too high for her.
When Materialism rules evil becomes commonplace.
When one of my kiddos was 15 months old he would sing along to Jesus Loves Me when I rocked him before bed each night. He didnt say all the words, but matched the notes and warbled on the high ones. Precious memories.
By age two, kids are talking. Age 18 months to 24 months is a period of language explosion. If a kid isnt talking at age two, theres a problem. This guy is completely unaware of his lack of knowledge.
Regardless, ones value isnt based on ones ability to communicate effectively. If that were so then a great many people could be eliminated at any age. People are created in the image of God. That is where their worth lies.
Actually the late great pro life DA of Nassau County, Denis Dillon, once mused that he might refuse to prosecute murderers of infants in protest to NY’s abortion on demand practices. Equating abortion with infanticide and making liberals explain how he was wrong. Cuomo the elder passed word that he would replace Dillon for not enforcing the law. The interesting thing is that this stuff did not appear in the press and NY back then had a very zealous political press for whom the story was more important than the politics. It was that all sides saw this as a very dangerous legal riad to travel for all sides.
“Have these monsters never held an infant, and stroked and patted its back and felt that rush of oxytocin that is released?”
Most parents today have about 2.5 kids so I’d say no. If he had siblings they were about his age growing up.
Words fail about the demise of a great portion of society and humanity.
You are correct. Our older kids have experienced the joy of adoration from an infant/toddler sibling. Hopefully, our younger kids will get that from nieces and/or nephews.
I read a book on large families that stated something to the effect that a hug from a younger sibling can be a soothing balm to the soul of a teen who is hurt and angry from an argument with his parents. I have seen that happen-our little ones have made even the most sullen teenager smile.
Our baby turns five in a few days. Weve never had a youngest that old before. Sniff. Shes a spitfire who keeps us all laughing, but is very tender hearted and loving as well.
In the Third Reich he would having a successful career as a commandant at Auschwitz.
There is a very special place in hell for a monster like that.Yet its parents raised it.
A man who councils for the death of his child (rather than seek to defend that life) deserves to be put to death.
They condemn the innocent and pay for the lynching.
Women are the murderors by and large.
Yes.
So does the woman.
Given the fear and outrage about some people in Oregon being allowed to fuel their own vehicles, I say we extend the qualification of sentience to being able to pump gas.
Anyone unable to pump gas should be killed.
Leftists are incapable of communicating rationally. I wonder what conclusion this evil kid would reach from that fact.
