Re-Assigned FBI Lawyer James Baker Has Hard Drives Showing Trump Was Spied On
Big League Politics ^ | December 23, 2017 | Patrick Howley

Baker possesses 47 hard disks containing data on a massive surveillance operation overseen by John Brennan and James Clapper which allegedly spied on Trump Tower and now-President Donald Trump, according to a whistleblower.

“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” (Dennis) Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”

Montgomery provided the proof of the surveillance program to Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C. in a videotaped deposition. Montgomery named names–specifically John Brennan and James Clapper at that interview in December of 2015. Montgomery turned over 600 million pages of documentation.

Yup, Waldo will let them skate. None of these felons will ever see jail. Trump should reassign Sessions to the DEA or ICE. He doesn’t have the nerve to arrest the big fish. There are three hundred Mayors and a couple of Governors who should be in jail right now.

wen need a law that says when you are decision that results in the rape, assault, or murder of a citizen you go to prison for the same length of time as the illegal who committed the crime.

Public officials have too much legal protection.

Why were they wiretapping Trump for years?

Recall that Trump was very vocal about Zero's phony Certificate of Live Birth before the 2012 election. That made him a threat to the regime, and thus a target for surveillance.

Montgomery turned over 600 million pages of documentation.

Did he do any work to identify relevant information or did he just dump this mountain of data on the court?

Does he really expect someone to sort through 600 million pages of stuff looking for something interesting?

600 million pages of information. That should take the fbi about 3 days to go through.

America’s law enforcement empire has all the characteristics of secret police in a dictatorship. It is not transparent in its actions, has a history of bending the rules to obtain convictions, and its officers are rarely held accountable.*

Thanks to Travis McGee for this jpg.

Moron, huh? I hate to break it to you but none of the results you mentioned came the DOJ! Of course you’re too invested in your Santa Sessions fantasy to even open your eyes. You deep state apologist.

It is not going to be a very Merry Christmas for some of those in the FBI and the DOJ.

Sessions is a sacred cow to some here, because of all the great work he did as a Senator. But the President's constant criticism of him has been warranted, in my opinion.

- Took the job of Attorney General, but then refused to do the job, recusing himself from the ongoing impeachment attempt against the President

- Refused to investigate or charge Lois Lerner, Hillary's IT guy, etc, despite call from prominent Republicans including House Oversight Committee

- Refused to appoint special counsel to investigate apparent crimes of cover up and obstruction in DOJ when requested by House Judiciary Committee

- Publicly stated he didn't vote for Roy Moore, likely costing Republicans his former seat

- Responded to Trump calling the FBI quote “a disgrace” by claiming there are quote “innocent explanations” for them.

There's other examples, but those last two have caused me to turn against Sessions after all these years, at least for now. Maybe he'll actually do something, eventually, but some of these recent reports he's actually back on the job were based on flimsy fake news reporters.

You have no more of an inkling of what Sessions is, or is not, doing than all the people on Mars.

No inkling? People on Mars?

We know what Sessions isn't doing because he recused himself, under oath, under penalty of perjury, multiple times, of all investigations about Hillary and all other investigations connected to those investigations.

The email scandal, the dossier, the unmasking, the FISA warrant, the Clinton Foundation, Uranium One...etc.

That fact is plain as the moons on Uranus.

All sessions had to do was take Comey’s finding of excessive carelessness and indict her. Petraeaus was int rouble for less than that. By now she would be in prison The foundation investigation is cold dead and stinking. When’s the last time you heard about that.

I have every idea about what sessions is doing by lack of actions, lack of comments by Hillary and her minions, and lack of activity with witnesses. Much documentation was let go to Hillary and not even re-sup[p[eoned by sessions. There is a protective wall around the clintons in the FBI and the DOJ. Stevie wonder can see what sessions is not doing about the clinton crime family.

This is more than an inkling.

Oh, another one who does not know Jack and especially Jeff. All you KNOW is your conjecture, based off what, the things that others tell you or purposely placed nuggets to get reactions like a bunch of lemmings jumping up and down pointing at the laser dot?

Yuz guyz have a purpose and it has nothing to do with what Jeff is, or is not doing.

The list of sorry as- evil career civil servants who sold their souls will get much bigger. Senior civil servants will play CYA and lie for each other.
